A perfect cafe when u are at gurez ! Vibing is so good ! Moreover the coffee is amazing ! The fries are so crispy ; Good & yummy ! I can have a plate full of fries which doesn’t make me regret it ! The veg rolls are also tasty veg sandwich was Okaish - it was cheesy but not much veggie !

Hi Guys, I came with my family to visit Kashmir on 17-aug-2024 , on the second and third day we stayed in the hotel wood vibes in Gurez valley. Here's what we saw about the log hut cafe side on social media was the same. The log hut cafe is the only cafe in Gurez valley, constructed by an army for the people of Gurez valley. the area of the cafe is very clean and beautiful and the view outside the cafe is very amazing as you can see in the attached photos and videos. The staff are very humble and cooperative.

I really recommend you guys to try french toast it was great.

Log Hut Cafe is the benchmark spot in Dawar, Gurez. Run by Army itself, it lies in the heart of Dawar. I had a coffee and bread toast there. The only shortcoming I found was not having enough options to eat. Also, the serving time is quite long here. Otherwise, the vibe and atmosphere of the place is amazing

A good cafe opened in gurez, made by Indian army for the people of gurez or visiting gurez, log hut as the name describes, is made of wood logs, resembles shaoe of a hut and serves cafe food. We liked the vibe at cafe, met like minded people there, and had yummy cuisines served at cafe.

The cutest café in Gurez. We ordered hot chocolate, honey green tea, lemon ice tea and café latte. All the drinks were really nice. The seating setting is comfortable and romantic. The atmosphere of the café gives a feel of our city life in the middle of nowhere. Lots of snacks options are available but we hadn't ordered any. Would recommend going multiple times to enjoy some quiet warm comfortable times.

This was amongst our favourite experiences in the Gurez Valley. We were riding from Srinagar and were fully drenched due to heavy rains and snow. We just wanted some hot food and hot coffee. The Log Hut Cafe served us exactly that and with gracious smiles. We came back 2 times more during our 3 days in the valley and were treated with superb food. We simply loved the chilled out vibes of this cafe. It is wildly popular now due to the reviews and pics on the social media. One of those rare places where the hype is absolutely correct. 100% recommended.

Amazing cafe operated by Indian Army. Menu options were limited due to location. But overall nice experience. The manager was so nice he specially made French toasts for us in early morning. Gem of Gurez valley.
